Cressida offers residential and commercial construction funding options with a minimum of conditions, including single and multi-unit residential projects, commercial builds, and major refurbishments or fit outs.
No pre-sales, quantity surveyors, or valuations typically required.
Irregular Income
We recognise many people fall outside the tick-box criteria of the major banks. We lend to clients with irregular incomes like the self-employed, contract workers, and those with offshore income.
We offer interest-only or capitalised interest payment options to support cashflow, and a return to mainstream lending in time.
Investment Property
Cressida offers residential and commercial construction funding options with a minimum of conditions, including single and multi-unit residential projects, commercial builds, and major refurbishments or fit outs.
No pre-sales, quantity surveyors, or valuations typically required.
Sell Down Facility
Refinancing funding with a sell down facility allows time for developers to market and sell their completed stock without the stress of construction finance costs. We also provide for partial settlements, enabling the developer to retain a portion of sales proceeds, GST obligations, and capitalising interest payments. It’s a smart way to manage the final stage of a project and preserve momentum and margin.
Sell down facilities are typically 6 – 12 months with LVRs up to 75%.
Bridging Finance
Get from where you are to where you want to be. Bridging finance is ideal where time is critical, such as buying a new property before your existing property is sold,
or while waiting for bank funding to be confirmed.
Loan terms from as short as 3 months, interest is often capitalised, and urgent settlements are our speciality.
Equity Release
We help our clients unlock equity in existing property assets to to fund a new project or business opportunity.
