We aim to minimise our conditions. This means pre-sales, quantity surveyors, or valuations are typically not required.
Irregular Income
We recognise many people fall outside the tick-box criteria of the major banks. We lend to clients with irregular incomes like the self-employed, contract workers, and those with offshore income.
Interest-only or capitalised interest payment options are available to support cashflow, and a return to mainstream lending in time.

We also provide for partial settlements, enabling the developer to retain a portion of sales proceeds for liquidity and to meet GST obligations.

Sell down facilities are typically 6 – 12 months with LVRs up to 75%.
Bridging Finance
