Construction and
Development Finance

We provide first mortgage funding for property development and construction projects, such as:

  • Single and multi residential property development

  • Commercial property development

  • Reclad and remediation of weather tightness issues

  • Structural strengthening

Interest can be capitalised or part-capitalised and, as a matter of course, we meet the beneficial borrower and inspect the property prior to draw down on the facility.

Indicative lending terms are:

Facility up to $20.000m

Term up to 24 months

Interest Rates typically from 7.95% p.a.

Pre-Sale Threshold usually not required

Finance Fee of 2.00% (excludes brokerage commission)

Monthly Line Fee of 0.15%-0.25%
