We provide first mortgage funding for property development and construction projects, such as:

  • Single and multi residential property development

  • Commercial property development

  • Reclad and remediation of weather tightness issues

  • Structural strengthening

Our flexibility allows us to structure lending to support your cashflows and specific project requirements. This includes pre-commencement advances on the development site, GST facilities, and advances for deposits on key project materials.

Our lending terms are:

Facility up to $20.000m

Interest Rates typically from 7.55% p.a.

Finance Fee from 2.50% (excludes brokerage commission)

Monthly Line Fee of 0.15%-0.25%

No requirement for pre-sales

No requirement for a quantity surveyor
