If there's a value add that your bank just doesn't understand, we will. It may be bridging finance to get you to where you want to be or a longer term solution. With loan terms from three months to three years, we can help.

What is your maximum loan size?

Typical facilities range to between $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. We will consider applications above $10,000,000 on a case by case basis.

Do you have any specific requirements for investment property applications?

We offer a level of flexibility that isn't found within the traditional banking world. For example, tenant vacancies, structural issues, and property refurbishment or re-purposing can all be accommodated, and often we can waive valuation requirements.

Do I have to meet minimum interest cover ratios?

No. We are more interested in the road map and the destination. Capitalising interest facilities, where the interest is added to the loan amount, are available to preserve cash flow.
