Funding is available for acquisitions, refurbishment, consenting, leasing and earthquake strengthening.
Interest can be capitalised or part-capitalised and, as a matter of course, we meet the beneficial borrower and inspect the property prior to draw down on the facility.
Indicative lending terms are:
Facility up to $20.000m
Term up to 36 months
Interest Rates typically from 7.95% p.a.
LVR up to 75%
Finance Fee of 2.00% (excludes brokerage commission)
